Our mission is to create a learning community that prepares all students to be productive, responsible, and successful.

• Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of block scheduling and class scheduling to ensure the best education and preparation for our students. 

• Continue collaborative work between the administration and staff to develop and articulate curriculum across grade levels.

• Identify and develop educational strategies and opportunities to better meet the needs of all learners.

• Continue to organize and implement the service learning program into the curriculum.

• Continually monitor the extracurricular activities, equipment, and uniforms in order to provide the best programs possible to our students.

• Improve and increase on-line communication via the District website targeting public, parent, and staff access.

• Continually communicate district information and activities in order to improve the district.

• Promote and facilitate the communication within and between buildings.

• Evaluate the district’s facility needs to enhance their appearance and condition in order to provide the best possible learning environment for our students.

• Continually maintain the condition and cleanliness of the buildings and grounds in order to increase community, staff, and student pride in the school district.

• Continue to increase student input and involvement in the improvement of the appearance of facilities and grounds through methods such as service learning.

• Continually evaluate and monitor the district’s safety plans and procedures to ensure the safety of the students in the buildings and on the buses.

• Work to recruit, hire, and retain highly qualified personnel for all positions in the district.

• Provide ongoing professional development support for staff, Board members, and administration.

• Maintain an updated website to be used as a source of information about the school district.

• Continually evaluate technology needs in order to stay current on equipment and teaching of technology.

• Provide continuing technology training to enable staff to better utilize technology in the classroom.

• Utilize a district technology committee to help guide the technology plans for the district.
