The Okaw Valley Solutions Team will provide academic, behavioral, emotional, and social support to all of our students by assisting them in their efforts as they strive to reach their full potential.

Team members include: Mrs. Atchison (guidance counselor), Mrs. Banning (teacher), Mrs. Bone (teacher), Mr. Christner (teacher), Mrs. Crowder (spec ed teacher), Mrs. Doan (teacher) and Mr. Bruder (principal).

The team will approach solutions based on an RTI "Response To Intervention" model for the high school level. Typical student issues surround the academic and behavioral areas with significant overlap between the two. We will problem solve as a team and value parental input at every step of the way. We believe that no one knows our students better than you, so as we partner to help your son or daughter become successful in their academic pursuits you remain the expert.

What is RTI?
Response to Intervention (RTI) is a multi-tiered approach to help struggling learners. Students' progress is closely monitored at each stage of intervention to determine the need for further research-based instruction and/or intervention in general education, in special education, or both.
