Students please take time to participate in this 5Essentials survey of school climate and learning conditions. The survey provides a unique opportunity for students to have a voice in improving their school. From December 10 through February 14, students are asked to take a 25 -minute research-based survey to help identify strengths and weaknesses in their school’s learning environment. Students will need their state ID number and birthdate to log in to the survey. Please see Mr. Forlines to get your State ID number.
